Payment & Booking Terms

Booking Fee
To secure your shoot, a 50% deposit is required.

Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.

Cancellations & Reschedules
• If cancelled after booking, the deposit is retained.
• Reschedules with 48+ hours’ notice are subject to availability.

Late Payments
A £25 administration fee applies to late payments.

Revisions & Add-ons
One round of revisions is included per deliverable. Additional edits or add-ons are charged at the relevant package rates.

Usage Rights
Final content may be used across your business platforms. Raw or unedited files are not included unless agreed separately.

Extended Usage & Licensing
Standard packages include usage across the client’s own owned platforms (website, organic social, email marketing).

Any use for paid advertising, third-party brands, agency handover, or wider commercial distribution requires an extended usage licence, priced separately based on scope and duration.

Rush Delivery
Rush edits or expedited outputs are prioritised and non-refundable. Rush delivery applies to final edited deliverables only and does not include raw footage.

Travel & Parking Expenses
Travel within [15 miles / Edinburgh & surrounding areas] is included. Any parking fees, tolls, or location-specific access charges are billed at cost.
